It's time to raise two glasses to Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer: The True Blood stars are new parents to twins, reps confirm to Us. "The babies were born a few weeks early, but are in good health and both Mom and Dad are overjoyed," says a statement. No word yet on the exact birth date or the babies' genders. Paquin, 30, is a first-time mom, while Moyer, 42, has two children from previous relationships. Another True Blood star, Sam Trammell, also welcomed his own set of twins last August. "There's something in the water there!" joked a co-star.
