Kris Jenner 'Furious' Over Today 9/11 Fiasco

(Newser) – The nation is upset with the Today show over its choice to air an interview with Kris Jenner instead of the 9/11 moment of silence—but, perhaps more importantly, Kris Jenner is upset with the Today show. "She had no idea that she was speaking during the moment of silence," a source tells Radar. "She has always been such a strong supporter of the troops and now she’s caught in this mess and it’s NBC’s fault, not hers." The source calls Jenner "furious," but no word on what, if anything, she's planning to do about it.

Meanwhile, as some angry viewers called for a boycott of the show, NBC News President Steve Capus apologized yesterday, not to the public, but to NBC affiliates. "While we dedicated a substantial amount of airtime to anniversary events, we still touched a nerve with many of your viewers … and for that we apologize," Capus wrote in a memo obtained by the New York Times.

So what would Romney have done? in defferance to Bain Capital investors the rule of "Time is Money" would have prevailed, but if you ask what would Lassie have done? Lassie would have "barked" thru the moments- same mindset as Obama

If people are upset about a TV station on 9/11 why did they have it on? The answer is to turn off the TV. This will probably mean more income for Kim, as her job is media; reality TV, and scandal. The rest or us...please turn off the insanity.

She and her family are better off keeping their ignorant comments to themselves about NBC ignoring the silence that the victims so deserved because of the networks greed.   What has any member of this losing family done for the military?
