Cops Bust Falcons' Turner Driving 97mph, Hand Him DUI

Maybe he celebrated MNF win too hard?

(Newser) – First, Michael Turner ran all over Peyton Manning's Broncos.* Then, he ran all over the speed limit. The running back found himself in jail this morning, after cops pulled him over a little after 4am, going 97mph in a 65 zone, TMZ reports. The 30-year-old was then booked for DUI, taken to jail, and eventually released on $2,179 bond.

*OK, OK. So he only racked up 42 yards. But hey, he had a TD.

Americas system for "paying your fair share" is highly regressive compared to Democratic countries.A few years back the owner of Nokia was stopped for speeding in his native Sweden,and using the sliding scale of wealth, he was fined about $40,000.00-that is a Democracy,not a Capitalism (our system)...and jocks always get breaks,from pee-wee up-they are the never ending stream of followers who will become killer robots for the rulers.

i have no idea what Turner's salary is, but that really is the point. These gangsters, let's be honest, that is what they really are, think they can get away with anything. Unfortunately they usually do. The best solution is to fire his ass into the hoosegow for a year. I can guarantee  that just the threat of this punishment will stop this crap (like running into Brian Urlacher).
