(Newser) – The folks at Five Guys will be pretty happy with a new survey from Market Force Information. The chain easily ranked as the No. 1 burger joint in a poll of 7,600 consumers across the nation, reports the Huffington Post. It scored the best in taste, quality, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. The only gold medal it didn't get was in value, where In-N-Out scored first. McDonald's and Burger King ended up near the bottom.

  • Top five: Five Guys, In-N-Out, Fuddruckers, A&W Restaurant, and Smashburger.
  • Bottom five: Burger King, Hardee's, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, and, lastly, Dairy Queen.

A Five Guys burger.

Ate at Five Guy's twice----first and last time-----if you like grease then this is the place to eat.

I think they were talking only about chains. There's too many small local places to poll. Onr of our boses bought lunch for everyone from Joey Garlics. Their burgers are pretty damn good. If you want to pay $9.00 for a hamburger.

This poll is bogus. 5 guys is a grease pit. In&Out is just a local favorite. The best burgers happen at small family owned shops that earn your business every time you order.  Tombstone on Highway 29 near Liberty Hill TX rocks!
