No way she's commenting in Schwarzenegger segment

(Newser) – With Arnold Schwarzenegger's new tell-all coming out Monday, 60 Minutes shot a segment with the former Governator—and Maria Shriver is none too pleased, TMZ reports. In fact, sources say she flatly turned down the show's producers when they called her after Arnold's interview. She had "no interest" in squeezing a generic comment into a piece focused on him. "The piece is a blow *** for Arnold," a source says. "Lesley Stahl just fawned over him."

What's more, Arnold never advanced her a copy of the book, which "she knows ... is a big PR stunt to get back in the public's good graces." Click here for an excerpt of Stahl's interview, due to air tomorrow, in which Arnold calls his love-child affair with former housekeeper Mildred Baena "the stupidest thing I've done in the whole relationship." Asked how Maria feels, he says, "I think Maria is, you know, wishing me well with everything that I do."

Here we go again.  Why don't we take this man and beat the shit out of him.  Yes I'm talking to you, rightwingers and leftwingers, Mr./Mrs. Do gooders.  You have never, ever committed a sin, or a stupid mistake. Here is a man, that with all his heart wants to retrieve his most beautiful and devoted wife.  The niece of my Commander in Chief,  President John F. Kennedy.  Don't you know that he feels like shit.  He knows he literally fucked up.  No one feels worse than he does.  The media hype that he just wants to get into the publics good graces goes only so far.  Not far enough to heal his wounded self esteem.  Not far enough to even reach Maria's intellectual and hurt/pained self esteem.  Not far enough to feel the love of his children who are yearning for their parents to get back together.   Not far enough to reach the rejection and pain his child with his housekeeper is feeling.  It is not his fault.  Imagine the pain that the housekeeper's husband and family are going through. Only the ones who have no sins of any kind, including the daughter of my former President, Caroline Kennedy, can claim and demand that Maria leave her husband of so many years.  A husband she still loves and wants to forgive. "   Only love can break a heart, Only love can mend it"  Gene Pitney. Please pray for this family.  Pray that Caroline mind her own business....she is advising Maria like an adolecent...without consideration to the above points.  When a couple gets married, it is for better or for worse..."Remember".. "I never promised you a Rose Garden". Lynn Anderson. .But no, for a woman there is only one Commandment.  "Thou shall not commit adultery".  She will forgive her husband for killing, envy, stealing, not go to church, not honor God as supreme and the rest of the Commandments.  Are you getting my point?....President Clinton has done more good for humanity than any other President in history...but all that he is remembered for is his indiscretion..."I did not have ......with that woman"....His wife knew of his liasons his multiple indescretions.  She loves him.  She said so in her book. Yes Arnold has entertained us all with his fabulous action movies.  We paid the theater ticket didn't we?  He was a good Governor of the great state of California wasn't he?  Oh, but now you don't want him.  Point your finger....surely you'll never have an indescretion....at least not one where you are discovered.

Leave the woman alone. If she says no, then it means no.

Arnold has reached a new low with this tell-all book, which advertises his complete ignorance and utter selfishness. This is Narcissism at it's best and it is disgusting.  Shriver did the right thing.
