(Newser) – Here's today's big "oops": Marcia Jones says she visited her local RadioShack to purchase what she thought were two new cell phones for herself and her 13-year-old daughter. But upon booting up the phones, they found pornographic images uploaded from the phones' previous owners, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Turns out the devices were refurbished, Jones' lawyer says. Now the family is suing both RadioShack and Sprint (which licenses the phones), claiming that the girl had to seek counseling after seeing the graphic images.

A lawsuit out of Georgia claims that RadioShack sold a 13-year-old girl and her mother cell phones containing pornographic images.

If they sold refurbished phones as 'new' ones, there's a problem.

Where was this store and do they have any more phones? Where exactly can one buy a porn filled cell phone? Sweet Jesus, that kid had to seek counseling?  Just how much of that porn did she look at before telling mom? She is never going to make it through middle school if a few pictures upset her delicate senses that much.

She's just upset because it's video of mommy and the gardener, can't let daddy find out! Poor little girl.
