The world will soon be getting some new insight into the young Steve Jobs. High school girlfriend Chrisann Brennan is writing a memoir to be published next year, the New York Times reports. Brennan is the mother of Jobs' daughter Lisa, though he initially denied paternity. The book will track their relationship and promises to delve into Jobs' "enormous appeal, energy and drive as well as his developing ambition and ruthlessness in business and personal dealings." It's a big deal, notes PCMag, because Brennan played a big role in his life but has remained largely silent in the year since his death. Apple, incidentally, is still running a video tribute to Jobs on its website to commemorate the one-year anniversary.
