A 9-year-old western Pennsylvania girl is in a hospital after being shot by a relative who thought she was a skunk. The little girl was outside a Halloween party wearing a black costume and a black hat with a white tassel, the Beaver County Times reports. She was hit in the shoulder, back, and neck after her relative fired his shotgun at her. Police say the relative had not been drinking and it's not clear whether he will face charges.
