Jessica Simpson's parents, Tina and Joe, are divorcing, a family rep confirms to People. The news comes on the same day the National Enquirer posted a story claiming Joe Simpson is gay, and recently came out to his family. A family insider claims he's even dating a "20-something boy toy," who might have been in the car with him when he was busted on suspicion of drunk driving, Radar reports. But the rep insists to People that the split is "amicable," and "there is no third party involved."
