Pedestrian Sues Russell Brand: He Drove Into Me

Alleged victim says he was injured in collision

(Newser) – Back in January, Russell Brand was driving negligently and ran right into a pedestrian in LA, his alleged victim claims in a lawsuit filed yesterday. Victor Sneed is claiming personal injury, property damage, hospital bills, and lost wages, TMZ reports, and he wants upward of $25,000. In happier news for the comedian, he’s apparently doing OK following his split from Katy Perry, as the Sun notes that he was spotted last week escorting a female guest from his house to a taxi wearing nothing but “white granddad pants.”
