(Newser) – A 21-year-old man has admitted to burglarizing Nancy Pelosi's California home on Monday ... and then again on Tuesday, reports NBC Bay Area. Police were tipped off to the first break-in by the House minority leader's alarm system, which was triggered on Monday after the glass doors to her home and pool house were broken. On Tuesday, a caretaker found that the plywood covering the broken doors had been removed, and called the cops.

Kevin Michael Hagan was caught yesterday at a different house on the same street, allegedly in the midst of another break-in. He says he wasn't aware the home was Pelosi's when he first broke in, but knew who owned it upon his return. He reportedly had a coin collection and watch belonging to Pelosi in his possession. He faces charges of burglary and felony vandalism ... and a probation violation for previous burglaries.

Just came to say: Love the word "burglarised". We in the other colonies say "burgled".
