(Newser) – Looks like Lindsay Lohan is headed back to the big house. Insiders tell TMZ that she'll be charged with lying to a police officer about her Porsche accident last June. Lohan claimed she wasn't driving when the car hit an 18-wheeler in Santa Monica, but authorities aren't buying it—and it's illegal to lie to the cops. Sources say police will arrest her when the case gets to an LA judge, who will likely revoke Lindsay's probation from that jewelry heist case.

This girl does not need jail, or probation it will not cure anything, nothing, it serves zero purpose, maybe some prosecutor or judge might get a couple minutes of press, but that is all.  She needs a mental health facility, a lock down facility, and not for 30 days; for much longer.  She needs extensive mental health care. Her wealth whatever of it is left needs to be placed in guardianship by a trusted friend of the court, not anyone related to her.

Would someone explain to me why this woman still gets press?
