South Korea has decided to strip one of the women at the center of the Gen. David Petraeus scandal of her honorary consul title, the AP reports. Tampa socialite Jill Kelley—who invoked her consul status in several 911 calls after the scandal surfaced—misused the title by using it in her personal business dealings, a Korean Foreign Ministry official says. A New York businessman says Kelley sought an $80 million fee for using her South Korean connections to broker a deal for a coal project directly with the country's president.
