For reasons unclear, TMZ has obtained Notorious BIG's 1997 autopsy report. It shows that rapper Christopher Wallace, 24, sustained three gunshot wounds to his arm, back, and thigh that were not fatal before being hit by the lethal bullet, which hit him in the right hip, perforated his colon, liver, heart, and one lung, and ended up in his left shoulder. All four bullets came through the passenger door of the SUV Wallace was sitting in. The rapper was not found to have any drugs or alcohol in his system at the time, but at 395 lbs., was declared "morbidly obese" by the coroner, who also noted, "Decedent may be rap singer."
