1 officer in surgery, 2 others suffered minor injuries

(Newser) – Three police officers were shot early this morning, with one seriously injured, inside their Gloucester Township station, reports Fox News. The suspected shooter was shot and killed in the firefight. Officials say a man who had been arrested in a domestic dispute earlier got into a struggle with police around 5:30am and was able to obtain a gun during the fight. One police officer was taken to surgery, and the other two suffered only "very minor" injuries. No details have been released about the shooter yet.

When teachers have guns...no one will dare try to take a gun away from a teacher! I say put an armed teacher in every police station!!!!

MattB you sir along with the rest of you are oblivious; Its quite obvious that other things occurred other than the shooter getting a gun and shooting them, one scenario: the police could of been beating the shit out of said guy, it happens all the time, google police brutality. but no you want to be typical Americans and believe what the headline provided to you; just so the political party's can disarm the country. Don't you find it a bit odd that when a political party wants to increase awareness all the media will do is report what the party is trying to push for? now the second and third paragraph is entirely my opinion, but their are two sides to every story, don't call guilty on one party before you find out their story.
