(Newser) – Hugo Chavez has suffered a fresh bout of complications from his cancer surgery in Cuba earlier this month and is in "delicate condition," vice president Nicolas Maduro says. It has now been more than three weeks since the Venezuelan president has been publicly seen or heard, and though Maduro had earlier said Chavez was up and about, it's not clear what will happen on Jan. 10, when he is supposed to be sworn in for a fourth term. Officials say a government-organized New Year's Eve concert in Caracas has been canceled because of Chavez's condition, the BBC reports.

If I were in his place, I would fear Death....and what waits him for the hundreds of thousands of those killed, and the pain and sufferings caused to innocents...all in his relentless greed for power and wealth.
