(Newser) – Police have interviewed 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree over allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman last week, reports the San Francisco Chronicle. The 25-year-old has not been charged and is expected to play tomorrow against Atlanta in the NFC championship. The alleged assault occurred at a hotel after last week's victory over Green Bay. "The 49ers take such matters very seriously," said a team statement. "We will have no further comment at this time as the legal process is ongoing."

Sounds like consensual sex, until the player failed to call her as promised or return her 17 phone calls or 52 text messages, now its Rape. The 50th Text reads: Have your lawyer write me a check within 72 hours or else and 48 of those hours have passed. love ya, Linda.
