(Newser) – On the heels of his small-screen appearance, Lance Armstrong looks to be headed to the big screen: The Hollywood Reporter confirms that director JJ Abrams has secured the movie rights to a coming book by New York Times writer Juliet Macur, Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong. Macur covered cycling and Armstrong through his seven Tour de France titles. Her book is due in June.

Did anyone read the story before commenting? I haven't seen the book but with a title like "Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong." I'm gonna guess it's not going to be a very flattering portrayal.
