(Newser) – Now that Jill Kelley has broken her silence, Paula Broadwell is strongly considering doing the same, sources close to David Petraeus' former mistress tell Howard Kurtz at the Daily Beast. Broadwell is eager to resume her media career, and because that career involves being in the public eye, she's realized she can't do that until she offers some accounting of the sex scandal that brought down the CIA director. Kurtz says Broadwell is unlikely to sit down with him the way Kelley did, and points out that, while she has more media experience than Kelley, "she has much more explaining to do."

Oh--I can't wait. Nothing more interesting than a woman discussing her affair with an egomaniac. The only reason that she has much more explaining to do is cause we paid for her very expensive West Point education and we'd have thought she'd put it to better use than running miles with a dick. Especially a dick who changed women like he broke starch.

And why would we need to know that information? This is information left amongst those who were there. No need to hurt the families more with the notiriety of it.

Wonder how Mr. and Mrs. David Petraeus is doing these days? Wonder if Mrs. Petraeus would go public, too?..
