Prince Harry chastised himself for being "too much army, and not enough prince" during his Las Vegas nude photo scandal, but it took him three days after getting back from Afghanistan to get back to his partying ways, the Telegraph reports. He went to a friend's party Saturday and spent all night there, as music blasted; he was seen leaving at 10am—with the royal protection officers who had spent the evening outside waiting for him.

He looked "disheveled and bleary-eyed," according to the Telegraph, which cites witnesses. Not too surprising, considering that prior to the party, he was spotted at a pub, the Daily Beast reports. In other less-than-excellent Harry news, Army chiefs are unhappy with his post-Afghanistan media blitz, the Telegraph reports. In one interview Harry complained about some of his fellow soldiers; an anonymous senior officer says the prince sounded like a "spoilt, truculent teenager." He also complains that Harry sounded "dismissive about taking life," noting, "he clearly has not learnt to engage brain before mouth." (More Prince Harry stories.)
