Hillary Clinton insists she has made no decision on whether she's going to run in 2016, but she is making clear that health worries won't rule it out. When NBC's Andrea Mitchell asked her whether her recent blood clot and concussion might be a concern, Clinton quickly shot down the notion:

  • “Well, it doesn’t factor in at all. I mean, you know that, I have no doubt that I am healthy enough and that my stamina is great enough and I’ll be fully recovered enough to do whatever I choose to do.”
Which is probably great news for two pro-Hillary super PACs that already have sprung up. (More Hillary Clinton stories.)
