(Newser) – Contrary to comments yesterday by a US attorney, federal agents are investigating Lance Armstrong for criminal activity, ABC News reports. "Agents are actively investigating Armstrong for obstruction, witness tampering, and intimidation," says a source. US attorney Andre Birotte, who yesterday said feds wouldn't charge Armstrong, "does not speak for the federal government as a whole," the source tells ABC, adding that Birotte isn't involved in the probe.

yea if they  were really interested in getting drugs out of sports the nfl would be down to 2 teams comprised of all feild goal kickers , baseball also would be comprsed of all kickers and we would be left with soccer , then America would be forced to show the world how a soccer riot actually should happen as entire cities were burned to the ground in celebration of the first american red plastic cup victory . colleges would be forced to rely on there acedemia and americas collective I.Q would raise to the point that nascar was viewed as the hilbilly fap fest it is ......you know what this may sound mean but burn lace at the steak i want this new utopia

"obstruction, witness tampering, and intimidation" Now this is what most of you complainers about cheaters keep missing. You are all concerned over whether or not he cheated, like it was some big immoral and unjustified act. When in reality THESE things, intimidating witnesses and destroying peoples lives were what really made this man a bad guy. All most of you can think about is 'Boo hooo the professional athlete doped' Lance is in reality a very bad bad man. Cheating? That's nothing compared to what he has actually done to other people.
