(Newser) – Karl Rove has welcomed Ashley Judd into the world of high-stakes politics with an ad that concludes the actress is "an Obama-following radical, Hollywood liberal who is right at home here in Tennessee. I mean, Kentucky." Judd is considering a Senate run against Mitch McConnell in her native Kentucky next year, and the $10,000 ad comes from American Crossroads, the GOP Super PAC co-founded by Rove, reports Salon and USA Today.

No wonder Rove is panicked. They took a poll of Kentuckians and asked them who they would vote for, McConnell or Judd. McConnell got 47%, but Judd got 43% and she hasn't had to lift a finger yet. If she DOES get a campaign going, I'm betting the Turtle will be toast. :)

She is an Obama-following radical, Hollywood liberal who has spurbed her homestate for Tennessee. She's not being "skewered", she's being exposed.

No way she has a chance, she belongs in a centerfold maybe, but not in the senate. What a joke, she should just stick to making movies, cant remember the last good one i saw her in.
