Los Angeles fugitive Christopher Dorner called Charlie Sheen "effin awesome" in his rambling manifesto, and now Sheen is reaching out to him, reports TMZ. "You mentioned me in your manifesto, so thank you for your kind words," Sheen says in a video. "I am urging you to call me. Let's figure out together how to end this thing." Of course, it's not clear how Dorner would be able to do that. He remains at large.
