Britain's Queen Elizabeth has landed in the hospital in London today after suffering the effects of gastroenteritis—better known as a stomach bug, reports Sky News. The 86-year-old monarch is said to be in "good spirits," though she is expected to stay in the hospital for two days. That forces the cancellation of a two-day trip to Rome set for Wednesday. Elizabeth rarely cancels engagements due to health; the last was in October due to a bad back. (More Queen Elizabeth II stories.)
