After more than a month of searching, Turkish police have detained a man considered the top suspect in the murder of 33-year-old Sarai Sierra, an American mom and photographer who was found dead in Istanbul last month. A police spokesman says that the suspect, identified as Ziya T., was caught near the Syrian border. Though earlier reports had described the suspect as a homeless man, Turkish media are saying that he is a scrap paper collector who hung out around Istanbul's ancient city walls, where Sierra's body was discovered.
