(Newser) – If Justin Bieber is trying to get people off the "Bieber is losing it" storyline, he's not doing a very good job of it. The latest:

  • He's being investigated after his neighbor accused him of battery, TMZ reports. Sources say Biebs and the neighbor got into a big argument yesterday morning, and the neighbor says Justin made physical contact and threatened him during it. The singer's crew says the fight was over loud parties Bieber's friends were throwing at his place while Justin was on tour, but neighbors say it actually had to do with Justin racing his Ferrari up and down the street. Multiple residents of the neighborhood tell TMZ he drives recklessly there, as fast as 100mph.

  • And on Monday, Bieber was shirtless yet again ... in an airport this time. The Daily Mail has disturbing pictures of him with no shirt and his pants tugged toward his ankles, revealing almost all of his white underwear, as he walked through security at a Poland airport. He was leaving the country after a concert there, and he stripped while in the car before even entering the airport, Reuters reports. An airport spokesperson says he was not asked to remove his clothing. The Mail notes that he has been "stripping at almost every opportunity" of late, despite the fact that it's very cold (it was 14 degrees in Poland); it offers photographic evidence.
