(Newser) – More confusion and stress in Boston: The federal courthouse had to be evacuated briefly today over a bomb threat, reports ABC News. Police conducted an hourlong sweep and gave the all-clear to return late this afternoon. The courthouse was especially packed after reports surfaced that a suspect in the marathon bombings had been arrested, reports the Boston Herald. The FBI has since insisted that no arrests have been made and scolded the national media. Because of the bomb scare, authorities have postponed a 5pm news conference to talk about progress in the investigation. (Read more Boston Marathon bombing stories.)
