(Newser) – A burglar in Romania was arrested—after he called the cops himself. Marius Ionescu, 31, apparently got scared by a noise while looting a house; fearing another robber at work, he dove under the bed and called police to save him, the Metro reports. They arrived to find no one else in the house. "The noise he heard was probably just the family cat," says a police rep. "He already has a criminal record for similar break-ins, and given his nervous disposition, he probably should look for another job."

Burglary can happen anytime because criminals are to be found everywhere right? So what's the big deal with this? Of course, basically it's all about your safety!! What if you witness personally burglars breaking into your house and practically you would get hysterical and with that I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have an ample amount of time to call help and most impossibly would be to call 911 right? So with this situation, I came to a thought of looking for some app which would help me in times of emergencies like this and fortunately I found Safetrec and Safekidzone at Google Play which happens to be available at all app stores. Just a click would save me you from harm, trust me. Simply click this links to know more. http://safekidzone.com/#!/page_home and www.safetrec.com

it's a funny news. to bad it's not true! you just posted it as it was given to you without doing any research.the truth is that in Romania many are to poor and they don't have money for food (most of them are to lazy to work or they simply don't want to work). so they prefer to go to jail where they have shelter, food, their own bed and a medical insurance that covers EVERYTHING.you would say "that's stupid". who would want to go to jail! nonsense!" . to prove my point let me give you some numbers: a child that goes to school receives monthly from the state 40 lei (11.97 US dollars) allowance while a detained/prisoner receives monthly from the same state 2500 lei (748.48 US dollars). If God forbids you go to hospital they have to feed you 3 meals a day that cost MAXIMUM 8 lei/day (2.39US dollars - for 3 separate meals) while a prisoner, in jail, receives 3 meals a day that cost maximum 32 lei/day (9.58 US dollars).Plus the medical insurance that covers every single procedure ( including getting new&free glasses) is a gold mine for the prisoners that check them selves up for every single disease that comes through their heads just because it's for free. and the best part is that they don' have to go to the doctors in different hospitals alone, they have a person (police officer) with them all the time ( that does the talking and solving the problems that can come up); they don't wait in line because they are "special cases", they don't have to pay a cab/bus ticket/gas for the car to get there because the state has to provide transportation for them.and if the prisoners want to work, all the money they earn goes into their account and they have some saved-up money when they get out of jail.the opposite happens with old people that reached retiring age and they have no one to take care of them and they end-up going to a home for retired people. all their pension is taken (to pay the housing, food, and everything else)- the state pays for nothing......................................there is so much left to say on this subject, but I'm running out of time so next time you hear a "funny Romanian news" do some research before you publish it. the story behind it may be tragic and not funny at all!
