(Newser) – If President Obama looks even grayer by the end of summer, this line in Politico might explain it: "All together, roughly one-third of House committees are engaged in investigating some aspect of the Obama administration." That includes two heavyweight panels—Darrell Issa's Oversight and Government Reform, along with Ways and Means—each looking into the IRS mess, and no fewer than five committees investigating the US response to the Benghazi attack. Throw in the new scandal about the Justice Department going after the phone records of reporters and an investigation into whether Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius inappropriately raised millions of dollars from corporations and foundations to promote ObamaCare—those are just the highlights—and it adds up to months of congressional hearings.

I've found 1 thing I agree with in the Republican agenda; their protection of the 2nd Amendment. I'm tired of their obstructionism. Two wars, years of tears, the loss of America's young lives, the blood, the treasure, and we are basicly right back where we started. Except the rich got richer' and the poor got poorer. We, the people deserve better. We should reclaim the position of Boss in 2014 by throwing all the sdrater out on the street. The American people need jobs, & Congress is talking about Immigration Reform to flood the American labor market (and the polls with new voters). We should be mining our borders, and infusing the infrastructure and education with the money needed to move this nation back to the top rung of the ladder. Take the money that the Military DOESN"T want to spend on Tanks and put it into rebuilding the broken lives from the Wars. Our nations roads and bridges need repair from the years of neglect during the Wars; think what a great jobs program that would be in every corner of this nation. Ths nation's economy is not run by the Banks or Wall Street; it's run out of the hip pockets and the purses of the working class. Jobs are created by CONSUMERS, not by big business, or the Government. What happens to the economy in the US affects the World, look at what's happened around the globe since 2007-8; nearly every European and Asian power has gone thru what the US did, and many still are. Fair Trade Agreements never have been. Sorry about the rant, this 70 year-old has just about given up hope ! Bye

If you can get paid for running a witch hunt instead of doing your job of running the country, why work? Good luck come November.

And people wonder why Congress can't pass a jobs bill?
