Larry King is returning to US living rooms by way of Moscow. The Suspendered One has signed a deal to host a new show called Politics With Larry King on RT, the Russian government's English-language news channel, the network announced today. The show will be produced by the same company that produces King's current online-only show Larry King Now, which RT has also agreed to air, the Wall Street Journal reports.

This isn't King's first brush with Russia. He's on the advisory board of a Georgian TV station with a pro-Kremlin bent, and RT aired the third-party presidential debate King hosted last year. The announcement for his new show hints that King will feature the kind of political outcasts that appeared in that event; King boasts that he "helped usher Ross Perot into the national conversation," and promises to provide "a platform to those with real alternative visions for our country's future."
