Ohio cops have recovered the bodies of three women—found wrapped in the fetal position in garbage bags within a few hundred yards of each other in East Cleveland—and today they're expanding the search for more victims. Police have a 35-year-old registered sex offender in custody, though his name hasn't been released and he's not been charged, reports the AP. "The person in custody, some of the things he said to investigators, made us go back today," says the mayor of East Cleveland. "Hopefully, we pray to God, this is it."

The women were all believed to have been murdered within the last six to 10 days; CNN reports that all three are young black women. One was found in a garage, while the other two were found in a nearby abandoned house. The suspect indicated to police that he may have been influenced by convicted serial killer Anthony Sowell.
