If you're on horseback and desperate for a Quarter Pounder, you are out of luck. A UK woman found this out the hard way over the weekend, when she tried to ride a horse through the drive-thru at a Manchester McDonald's. The restaurant said it couldn't serve her that way, so she took the next logical step: She brought the animal into the restaurant, where it promptly pooped on the floor, the BBC reports.

Police soon arrived and fined the woman for "causing alarm and distress to other customers and staff," per the local police's Facebook page. Apparently the no-horses rule is a matter of company policy; in a statement, McDonald's said that "the health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and for this reason we are unable to serve pedestrians, bicycle riders, or customers on horseback through the drive-thru." (In other McDonald's news, the chain also recently offered up some pretty ironic career advice to employees.)
