(AP Photo/Tom Gannam) (Newser) – No, you're not experiencing a case of déjà vu. San Diego Mayor Bob Filner has been accused of sexual harassment again. Former campaign staffer Laura Fink says she was attending a fundraiser with the then-congressman back in 2005 when Filner patted her butt in front of a table of donors, CNN reports. Fink was trying to get Filner to a different table when a donor remarked that she was working her butt off. "The congressman told me to turn around and patted me on the bum and said, 'Nope, it's still here,' and laughed," Fink recalled. She wrote him an email the next day, saying she was "totally humiliated." She told Filner's chief of staff that she wanted an apology, and Filner eventually offered one. "He mumbled an apology, then proceeded to tell me, 'But I just didn't understand.'"
