Looks like Rupert and Wendi Murdoch's road to Splitsville might be a bumpy one. The media tycoon's third wife has switched lawyers, ditching the one who handled the couple's 1999 prenup for William D. Zabel, who has helped other women win big settlements in their divorces from businessman husbands, the New York Times reports. Murdoch filed for divorce from the former Wendi Deng, who is 38 years his junior, a month ago. The couple have two postnuptial agreements in addition to the prenup but there is still plenty of room for disagreement over custody of the couple's two daughters and the division of assets, including Murdoch's 155-foot yacht Morning Glory, insiders say.
