(Newser) – Ever abreast of the big issues facing a war-torn country like Syria, the US State Department has delivered a stern rebuke against President Bashar al-Assad's Instagram account, labeling it "nothing more than a despicable PR stunt," ABC News reports. In a press briefing, a department spokesperson told reporters:

  • "It’s repulsive that the Assad regime would use this to gloss over the brutality and suffering it’s causing, that—to see what’s really happening right now in Syria, to see the horrific atrocities in Homs and elsewhere, we would encourage people to take a look at unfiltered photos of what’s actually happening on the ground."

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! The USA (the government, at least) has NO moral standing to point fingers at anyone. And that especially includes that giant fraud, Barry Obama.

And, following that outburst of righteous anger, its contrracts to al Qaida in Afghanistan (the same fellows who are doing Obama's work in Syria, having completed the demolition job in Libya): http://www.prisonplanet.com/pentagon-has-awarded-contracts-to-al-qaeda-in-afghanistan.html And before any parrot goes on about the source, let's look at the ultimate source: Bloomberg.

Instagram descicable? Perhaps the UN should voted for a non-instagram zone in the skies oer Syria.
