(Newser) – An Albuquerque judge has ordered the clerk of New Mexico's most populous county, Bernalillo County, to begin issuing marriage licenses for gay and lesbian couples, ruling today that New Mexico's constitution prohibits discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation. The decision came in a case involving a lesbian couple who sought an emergency ruling because one of them is dying and they wanted to make certain the state would recognize their marriage. The couple's wedding happened last week in Santa Fe, after a judge in a separate case ordered the Santa Fe County clerk to issue same-sex licenses.

In addition to Santa Fe and now Bernalillo, the clerk of Dona Ana County in southern New Mexico decided on his own early last week to began issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples. However, it's uncertain whether clerks in the state's 30 other counties will use the today's ruling as a signal that they can issue marriage licenses to gay and lesbian couples, too. A group of Republican legislators is planning to file a lawsuit to stop clerks from issuing licenses to same-sex couples. Dona Ana County's clerk, however, says, "I think the train has pulled out of the station."

Those that hate God; the reprobates and their cunning deceit to take control. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. Romans 1:24-32 (KJV) These people hate USA and families and God. Anyone that doesn't agree with them is a bigot - well, they are smallots. Just evil small minded people full of hate.

I intended to vote for "ridiculous" but somehow I accidentally clicked "scary". That said, this is disgusting. But more than that, its an atrocity. The whole "gay rights" movement seems to just want to attack the family which is one man and one woman in a sacred union for life, plus their children. A marriage is one man and one woman for life in a sacred union. It is not possible for two men or two women to "marry" each other. Marriage has a definition and that is one man and one woman in a sacred union for life. Anything else is simply not marriage. And yes, it is a real marriage if someone gets married validly but regrettably ends up divorced. In such a case they would still be married until one of the spouses died. If a marriage tribunal at a Catholic Church declared the marriage to be invalid though then that means that no marriage ever actually existed in God's eyes. But anyway, look at the way humans are designed. When we think about the reproductive anatomy of men and women we can clearly see that the parts are designed to fit with each other. That is because God designed man and woman to be together in marriage. God did not design for two men to have sex with other or for two women. Also, only a union of a man and a woman with natural sex can produce a baby. Two men having sex or two women cannot. This is proof that God did not design us to be having homosexual sex. This is called the argument from natural law. I also believe that when "gay marriage" is legalized it will have a massive and disastrous impact on the country or area's moral values. After "gay marriage" is legalized then public or other secular schools will have to teach that marriage is between any two people and not one man and one woman as it is really is. Children will then begin to believe this. This will lead to children and people thinking that homosexual sex and homosexual relationships are moral and that there is nothing wrong with them when in reality homosexual sex and relationships are gravely immoral. But anywya, hopefully the New Evangelization that we Catholics are doing will have a massive impact on mankind across the globe and more and more people will come to the Truth of the one, holy, Catholic, and apostolic Church which alone has the fullness of the Truth.
