The photos look like Alec Baldwin is playing a cop arresting a criminal, but turns out they're just more evidence of how much Baldwin hates the paparazzi. You can see them at the New York Daily News—they show the 55-year-old Baldwin pinning a 60-year-old photographer to the hood of a parked car in New York City's Greenwich Village. Baldwin thought the photographer got too close to his wife. The police arrived, and neither side decided to pursue charges, reports TMZ.

Another photog tells the Daily News that the paparazzo in this case, Paul Adao, frequently follows Baldwin—closely. "Most of us keep our distance because it doesn't take much for Alec to get worked up, but Paul was always like two or three feet away from him," says the photographer. "It was inevitable. Everybody has just been waiting for him to attack Paul. He got in his face and threw him up against a car." (More Alec Baldwin stories.)
