Phoenix Dad Charged After 3-Month-Old Son Dies in Car

Police say father was smoking pot outside the vehicle

(Newser) – A Phoenix father whose 3-month-old son died after being left in a hot car is now facing charges. Police say Daniel Bryant Gray has been charged with manslaughter and child abuse, both of which are felonies. Police believe he was smoking marijuana with a co-worker at the front of the car for more than an hour with his son still inside. Newsy reports:
