A couple near Sacramento returned home to discover that their home had been burglarized and—cue the suspense music—that an intruder was still inside. But that's where the movie-like drama fizzles a bit: "He was passed out," Lori Hensley tells Fox40 Sacramento. "That’s when we locked him in our house and called the police." The cops arrived, though the suspect refused to leave for hours until the SWAT team barged in. Alejandro Hurtado, 27, faces felony burglary charges, and this might help explain things: He "had several bottles of our tequila," says Hensley. (More break-in stories.)
