California Teen Dies Trapped in Car at School

She has heat stroke after apparent lock malfunction

(Newser) – A 14-year-old California girl is dead after reportedly getting trapped in her family’s car at her high school. Graciela Martinez was found Wednesday afternoon in the parking lot of Madera South High School, located about 25 miles north of Fresno. Police say the 1997 BMW had some sort of lock malfunction, and an autopsy revealed she suffered a heat stroke. Newsy reports:
