The Washington Post zeroes in on one of the Navy Yard shooting victims, and the fact that the death of Arthur Daniels is the second such tragedy for his family in just a few years. The 51-year-old Daniels was working at the facility that day as a handyman, and he got shot in the back as he ran from his shooter.
