(Newser) – It was the quit heard ’round the world when one young employee announced she was moving on via some dance moves. Marina Shifrin let her bosses at Next Media Animation know she was gone in the form of a viral video, which has gotten more than 8 million views. Now her company is responding. After she danced her way out of a job, her co-workers decided to fire back—with another viral video. In fact, they parodied her video, but replaced her “I quit!” message with “We’re hiring.”
