Talk about a Mac Attack: An Ohio man allegedly driving at three times the legal alcohol limit led police on a chase so he could finish his Big Mac, the Smoking Gun reports. An officer tried to stop Randall Miller, 31, from pulling out of a McDonald's drive-thru in Brunswick, Ohio, but "the subject failed to stop," according to the police report. Pulled over a few minutes later, the slurring driver apologized and said he "was too drunk and he just wanted to eat his Big Mac before he stopped." Miller was arrested on several counts and arraigned last week on charges including drunk driving and fleeing an officer.

Police were first alerted to Miller when a pedestrian reported that a speeding SUV almost hit him around 1am on Sept. 28, Fox 8 reports. They found him at the McDonald's, swerving, and the chase ensued. When Miller finally stopped, police detected a strong alcohol odor from his car, and Miller admitted to drinking as many as 15 beers. More beer cans were strewn around his car, including one open can, police say. Perhaps the best part: Miller kept right on eating the Big Mac until police finally told him to stop so he could take field sobriety tests, which revealed a blood alcohol content level of .255. (In Texas last month, DUI No. 6 got one woman a life sentence.)
