After bystanders filmed a man publicly performing oral sex on a woman, the woman reported an assault—but a grand jury has decided against any charges, a prosecutor says. The two 20-year-old students had been drinking in a bar together, says Athens County, Ohio, prosecutor Keller Blackburn. They walked out kissing; when people began watching the sex, the man asked the woman if he should stop. In the video, "she said, 'No, go ahead, continue,'" Blackburn says, per the Athens News. The woman, however, didn't remember what had happened.

Neither was aware that bystanders were catching the act on video; that video's online circulation resulted in false rumors, including the wrong woman being identified, Blackburn notes. After the sex, another man reportedly punched the man involved, apparently due to "disgust" at the public act. "If a lesson exists from this case, let it be that we should behave as if our family is always watching," Blackburn says. Ohio University, where the two are students, is holding a sexual misconduct investigation of its own, the AP reports. (More Ohio University stories.)
