Joe Biden had a very Joe Biden moment Tuesday night, when he called to congratulate Marty Walsh on being elected mayor of Boston ... only he dialed the wrong number and ended up congratulating an entirely different Marty Walsh. The Walsh Biden called is a former aide to Ted Kennedy who currently heads a government relations firm in Boston, and he tells the Boston Globe that he set the VP straight and offered to help him get in touch with the correct Marty. He says he also got congratulatory messages intended for the other Marty from Debbie Wasserman Schultz, congresswoman and chair of the DNC, and RT Rybak, mayor of Minneapolis and vice chair of the DNC.
