(Newser) – Elon Musk, billionaire entrepreneur and founder of Tesla Motors, hinted at some very exciting news for his electric car company at a recent Business Insider conference. The CEO revealed that Tesla's next electric vehicle may be a full-size pickup truck. Why pickups? Probably because 3 of the top 5 selling cars in America are all pickup trucks: the Ford F-150, the Chevrolet Silverado, and the Ram 1500. Musk put it this way: "If you're trying to replace the most gasoline miles driven, you have to look at what people are buying."

More of your tax dollars down the drain. As earlier stated in Newser Tesla Motors would file bankrupcy without the federal grants and tax breaks it now receives.
