A UK man out for a walk with his dog made a pretty crazy find last month: $100,000 in cash floating down England's Spalding River. The apparently very honest man informed police, and they're trying to find the rightful owner, Sky News reports. Some of the bank notes were damaged from being immersed in water, but a lot of them are still in good shape, officers say. A forensic investigation is underway, and the Bank of England will help. What if the owner is never located? The cash will become "the subject of a court forfeiture order," though it's not clear what that means.
