(Newser) – We all know that Heidi Montag regretted her plastic surgery, but she's not the only one. Fox News rounds up eight stars who had their implants removed. (In Heidi's case, she went from an F cup to a C cup because her implants started to feel "like bowling balls.") Click through the gallery for a sampling, or check out the complete list here.

I think your pic of Posh got mixed up with an AMC promo shot for the Walking Dead.

For all of those men who criticize implanted breasts, remember, if there were dick implants there would be no dicks under 9 inches.

I know quite a few women who've had implants. The biggest mistake most make is they "oversize" like some of the obvious examples above. They don't look or feel natural. I don't fault women who have this done. If it makes them feel better about themselves, why not do it? My advise for someone wanting to have this surgery would be to not overdo it. Very few women can have DD's or F size and look like they are nature's own. They are very easy to spot and don't look natural unless they don't care if people know they've had implants. I think most women would rather just have a nice figure and have people think they are natural. Bigger usually isn't necessarily better. In fact it's usually far worse.
