A strange scene erupted at a Kansas City Kohl's this week, when a woman trying on bras noticed a man holding a cellphone beneath her dressing room door. "I just screamed and chased him topless through the store," Jeanne Ouelette told KCTV. "I was at a store in a very private place, and I was enraged and I wanted to get the phone." Ouelette says she covered herself with her hands as she followed the man, shouting for help, but stopped when she reached the exit. "Common sense took over and said, 'You shouldn't go outside half naked.'"

Other shoppers, however, followed the man outside. Cops nabbed Jeremy Bradley a few blocks away and charged him with breach of privacy after witnesses identified him as the perpetrator, police say. As for Ouelette, "she ran topless after the guy," an officer told the Kansas City Star. "She definitely got the attention of other shoppers." Ouelette explained the half-naked chase like this: "He is clearly mentally ill, and he clearly needs treatment and he needs to go into the system ... When you feel violated, what you really want is for justice to be done." (More peeping tom stories.)
